Products I Regret Buying

One of the worst things ever is buying a product and then finding out it doesn't work! I'm here to hopefully help you guys not do that!

Superdrug Nail Polish Remover Pot -
After hearing so many people rave about nail polish remover pots I thought I'd try this out. I think my expectations were a bit too high, I was expecting to put my finger in for a couple of seconds and then be completely nail polish free. Each nail took about 10-15 seconds to completely remove, which is about the same time it takes me to just use normal polish remover. I think this could be good for traveling, since you don't have to worry about spilling, but other than that I probably won't be using it.

Nivea Lip Butter - Raspberry Rose
I really wish I liked this because it smells amazing! I hate the fact that it's in a pot, I would never use this out since I would have dirty fingers. I currently use this as part of my morning skincare because I don't think it's very moisturizing. I use Vaseline every night since that is way more moisturizing than the Nivea lip butter. It's like in the middle of the lip balm spectrum, less moisturizing than Vaseline and not as easy to use as Chapstick.

About a month ago I ran out of my Ponds Dry Skin Moisturizer and sadly couldn't find that in England, I love the Boots Simply Sensitive Eye Cream so I thought I would try this out. I started using this and within a couple of days I was getting tons of painful acne on my cheeks. After using it for three weeks, and dealing with painful acne that whole time, it finally dawned on me that it was probably this moisturizer. I stopped using this on Sunday and my skin is now completely back to normal, hallelujah!

When me and my little sister first started using this it made our hair feel amazingly soft and kept using it for about one year. It wasn't until about 3 months ago that we started noticing our hair felt really dry on the bottoms but really greasy on the top. We then started experimenting with our hair care routine and figured out this was causing it. Every since we stopped using it our hair feels super soft and healthy! I just really wish I hadn't bought the salon size container..

This hair spray doesn't hold anything at all yet still feels super crispy, which are the two things you really don't want a hair spray to do.

What is a product you regret buying?
